KIM Keywording contains all you need for the fast and consistent keywording of large amounts of images. You import images in JPEG format, read and write IPTC data to your photos, and can import (and merge!) as well as export metadata in a variety of formats.

A small english database is delivered for free, which you can replace or enhance according to your needs.

We weren’t satisfied with speed alone. From our experience we know that over time keywording often needs to be improved and enhanced, or the need for extra languages arrises. To enable later adjustments, make them easier and more reliable, KIM Keywording has been designed. This secures the value of your work.

KIM Keywording is not a file browser, like most keywording applications. KIM Keywording is based on a database (Filemaker Pro). To do the keywording, photos are imported into the database first. Once imported, you are basically independent from the files itself, processing metadata is easier and faster, and generating metadata sets as used by many photoagencies is a snap.

Which version do I need?

KIM Keywording is available in two versions:

KIM Keywording for 1 language
KIM Keywording for 10 languages

If you want to keyword in a single language only, you can work with the 1-language version. Otherwise you need the 10-language version. You can make an upgrade from the 1- to the 10-language version anytime.
